During my research I have come across many police pensioners and relatives who have helped me. Then there are others that just have an interest in police or history.
I would not be able to have completed all my stories without the help of others, so I would like to say a big thank you to everyone below who I have been in contact with. Everyone has added to my information in minor and major ways and if I have missed anyone out, then I apologise.
Some have gone to the far end of the earth to help me and still are, so I would especially like to mention, firstly Maurice HANN, as he has literally passed on, most of his meticulous research and documents. Tony CONWAY and Ken RUSHEN for all their documented records and Hayne RUSSELL and Sandy POWELL who have spent hours answering my questions and more.
